• Due to the rise of gas prices we have had to increase our pick-up / delivery charge to $20 (total).
  • Because of the exceptionally long time it takes to clean out each additional user profile in Windows XP or Vista® we have had to add a $10 fee per user profile if you have more than 2 user profiles. Each user profile has it's own registry options and settings and may have infestations that can not be cleaned out from another user profile. This means we have had to treat each user profile like a seperate computer. If you decide to have only two profiles of several cleaned there will not be the additional charge but your computer may not be free of the parasites that are on the additional profiles.If you have profiles you are not using any more you can go into the "Control Panel" and remove them.

  • We strongly recommend everyone back up their valuable files before any service is provided by any computer repair business including our own.Piling fixes and repairs onto a damaged operating system is often postponing the inevitable reformat. If it is necessary to format your computer we would inform you before hand and you can decide if you want to go ahead. If we format, ALL files, folders...EVERYTHING will get wiped out. We have developed a policy that if your computer is infested with more than 500 "parasites" we recommend formating. You will need a valid Windows disk and any software needed for your computer including antivirus, drivers, and applications for your hardware like scanner and printer. There will be a additional charge if we have to get the drivers from the internet. If you need to purchase any software we sell at the best prices in town.When you get your computer back you will have to reinstall the software for your Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as Sympatico or Exeulink, which will be supported by them.
